The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299bej and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Placing artificial bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Accessing the platform through hacking, bots, or any automated software
• Harassing other members or spreading false information
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform

If evidence of such activity is found, 299bej reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities.

299bej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• If fraudulent activity is detected on an account
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• For legal reasons or as directed by a regulatory authority

You may close your account at any time. Any verified funds in your account will be returned; however, bonus funds will not be refunded.
